This paper is an analysis of environmental policy in the United States and other nations in regards to its history and proposals, while assessing a variety of possible policy alternatives to address environmental policy problems. Written for my public policy class here at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, this paper enabled me to explore and advance my written communication skills while expanding my view of a topic I am very passionate about.
